Krewes

What is a Krewe? They can be anything really. Neighborhoods, Organizations, interest or involvement in the community. The two best-known krewes that parade on Mardi Gras are the Krewe of Rex and the Krewe of Zulu.

The Order of Cimarrón would love to have your Krewe join us each year. Get your Parade form here, get your beads and doubloons from Toomeys and Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Krewes will line up for the 2021 Parade at Hohenberg Field. The parade will roll at 1:00 pm.  Starting at Hohenberg Field and travel south down NW Main Street to Bridge street. From there we will turn left onto W Bridge Street and head across the Bibb Graves Bridge and take a left on E Bridge Street.  Then turn south or right onto Hill Street, right onto E Commerce and go in front of the Elmore County Courthouse.  Then turn left or south onto S Main Street and end at the Wind Creek Casino employee parking lot.

There is no entry fee for the parade. Check back here for updated information and for what order to line up.
